You agree to use this bot in full alignment with the official Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any misuse that violates Discord platform policies will result in an immediate block from the bot's services.

2. Proper Usage

Users may not exploit bugs, spam server integration calls, execute DDoS actions against the hosting setup, or use automated systems to scrape performance metrics from the bot.

3. Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" benchmark. The developers at KATO dev offer no uptime guarantees and assume zero legal liability for missing server data, moderation mishaps, or performance lags.

To run synchronization loops and server utilities efficiently, the bot processes:

• Discord Snowflakes (User & Guild IDs): Needed to map custom preferences, config definitions, and tracking states.
• Command Interactions: Context data passed along with slash arrays or specific bot prefixes to fulfill operations.

2. Data Utilization & Sharing

All parsed data structures stay contained within KATO dev's runtime architecture. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your server's data footprint to external networks or monetization groups.

3. Right to Erasure (Opt-Out)

You maintain ultimate control over your data signature. You can wipe your data record at any moment by kicking the bot from your server or logging a removal ticket with the developer via Discord at thacat_.
